Het Executive Management team geeft leiding aan de Groep, binnen de richting bepaald door de Raad van bestuur, in overeenstemming met de artikelen in de statuten en met de wet.  Zij stelt de strategie van de Groep vast en vertrouwt op het Executive Committee voor de overall coördinatie en implementatie.
